About Us

The Youth of Phelps County is a community of kids in our area wanting change. We had a dear friend ripped away from us at the hands of this business owner. We are fighting for Tyler, and for all of the other victims who were taken advantage of by this man. This community needs change, and it needs it now, or else the lives of our young boys are at stake. The community needs Scott out of business, and you can count on the Youth of Phelps County to make it happen.
